Brad Emery Joins Navagate as Senior Vice President, Navagate Asia Pacific

NEW YORK — September 1, 2009 — Navagate, a premier global provider of enterprise class Distribution Optimization solutions for financial services companies, today announced that industry veteran Brad Emery has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Navagate Asia Pacific. Reporting to Wayne Kaplan, President at Navagate, Emery will be responsible for the continued growth and success of the Navagate sales organization across Asia. Key initiatives include identifying new clients, developing ongoing relationships with suppliers and strategic partners, and building a team of professionals around whom the company can expand its Asia Pacific business unit.

Before joining Navagate, Emery was Vice President Distribution Services for Coignition, where he specialized in the distribution of software solutions to life start-ups. Responsibilities included developing sales strategies and driving execution throughout the segment.

A longtime veteran in the financial services industry, Emery spent 8 years in insurance product distribution with Prudential (UK) Ltd. During his tenure, he held a variety of sales leadership roles including Regional Director of Partnerships Distribution. Key initiatives included driving sales strategies and execution while also setting up and troubleshooting call centers, advisors, and bank counter staff.
